The pages were made using a new stamp set from the Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalog called July Fourth. It is super cute!
Colors used: Whisper White, Brilliant Blue (retired, substitute is Pacific Point), Real Red
We used builder wheels and smooch spritz for the card. It is hard to see but the happy birthday and the stars are all shimmery. I love shimmer!Colors used: Real Red, Baja Blue, Pumpkin Pie, Wild Wasabi
