    Card Kit Options

    August Club Projects

Here is a fun card I found on the internet somewhere. When all folded up this is what it looks like.
When fully opened, the card looks like this.
This is not laying as flat so you can see where/how to crease the scored lines and attach the cardstock to make it fold correctly.

    Standing up.

Our 12 x 12 pages were super fun for those camping trips you took this summer.
If you prefer to make cards than scrapbook below are 4 cards to make instead. If you have any questions about the supplies used to make the projects or how to assemble them please leave a comment or e-mail me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

    Mini Wedding Album

Here is a mini album using Small On Board Book Basics, Wedding Rub-Ons, cardstock, and ribbon. It uses very little supplies/tools and was quick to make. These little albums make great gifts for weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, etc.

    Fold-Out Scrapbook

You can choose your own measurements and they are all square so it makes it easy to cut. My cover is 5 3/4" square and the inside is 5 1/2" square. I'm working on a couple more scrapbooks that are identical to this one only the holiday changes to show you how easy it is to make this for any occasion and quick. It took me about 1-1 1/2 hours from start to finish and I made up my own measurements.

    Materials:
    • Wonderful Favorites Stamp Set
    • Pumpkin Patch Stamp Set
    • Always Artichoke Classic Stampin' Pad
    • Dusty Durango Classic Stampin' Pad
    • Soft Suede Classic Stampin' Pad
    • Soft Suede Designer Series Paper
    • Always Artichoke Cardstock
    • Dusty Durango Cardstock
    • More Mustard Cardstock
    • Very Vanilla Cardstock
    • 5/8" Very Vanilla Ribbon
    • Scallop Edge Punch
    • Dimensionals
    • SNAIL Adhesive

These pictures are viewed in steps as you unfold the book. I stamped the pumpkins individually, cut them out, and attached them to the cover usin dimensionals.

    Open to the left.
    Then up.
    Then to the left again.
As you can see, I started with a 11" x 11" square and scored it both ways at 5 1/2 " and then slit the scored line on the left to the middle. Then I folded the top left square to the right, then down and the left bottom folds to the right on top of the rest.

    July Stamp Club

We made this card using the new Circle Circus Stamp set and 3 of the new In Colors; Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo, and Bermuda Bay ribbon. We also added 2 medium half pearls from the pretties kit and stamped a greeting from the new Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set.
For our 12 x 12 spread we used the new Seeing Stars stamp set and Contempo Alphabet stamp set. We also used the large and small star punch which made this page simple and quick to make.
If you don't scrapbook then below are the alternative cards that can be made using pieces from the 12 x 12 kit. Sorry this first one got stuck next to a pen and got an ink spot on it.

I made 2 of the last card for a total of 4 alternative cards.
    • First you start with a 6" x 10 1/2" piece of Vanilla cardstock.
    • Then score the cardstock at 2 7/8", 5 7/8", and 9"from the bottom.
    • Fold at the score lines so that the card with fold together as shown in pic #2.
    • Slice a corner off of the bottom part to the left of the brad. This is hard to see but is in pic #1. This allows you to slip in cash or a gift card.
    • Poke a hole in the upper right side of the bottom part of the card and stick a brad through as shown in pic #1.
    • Stamp stars randomly on Whisper White cardstock and adhere it to the inside center of the card just above the gift card section as seen in pic #1.
    • Fold gift card section up to cover the Whisper White cardstock and add red star strip to the bottom which covers the back of the brad (pic #2).
    • Fold the top section down, add Real Red strip of paper at the bottom of the Vanilla cardstock (pic #3).
    • Add a 3/4" strip of Whisper White cardstock under the Real Red/Vanilla so that it hangs out about 1/2 inch longer than the Real Red strip (pic #3).
    • Add star block (pic #3).
    • Stamp a greeting just above the Real Red strip to the right of the star block (pic #3).
